day is faxed to the Agent so they can stay informed and have the ability to
notify Texas Colonial of relevant information. Copies of insured mailings
are automatically sent to the producing agent each night via facsimile or email
depending on the agent's preference.
Customers and Agents are able to call our toll-free
Automated Voice Response system or utilize our interactive web site 24 hours a
day to obtain policy status and payment information. Credit card payments are
accepted over the phone as well as on our web site, helping to prevent lapses
in coverage and reinstatement fees.
